CSPC 2018 Panel Submission Form

The CSPC 2018 call for panel proposals is now open! We invite proposals in different presentation formats that revolve around any CSPC 2018 themes. Proposals from organizations and individuals across all sectors and disciplines are welcome.

We highly encourage you to read the CRITERIA that we use for panel ranking and final selection before submitting proposals. Proposals within each theme are ranked and compared with each other.

Note: Panel organizers/organizations are responsible for all speaker related costs including travel and accommodations.

Please make sure you submit your proposals by April 27th 2018.

Moderator Information

Each panel has a maximum of 5 speakers INCLUDING the moderator. In exceptional cases where panel format requires it (such as roundtable) a 6th speaker will be allowed.
