Evidence for Democracy

Curious about science policy? This one-hour webinar will provide a case study on translating original scientific research into concrete policy action. Participants will gain a basic understanding of this process, how to overcome obstacles to putting science into political action, and insight into how science is used to inform policy.

This is the second instalment of Evidence for Democracy's webinar series on science policy. We are excited to have Dr. Susanna Fuller share her insight and expertise. She has over a decade of experience as a marine ecology advocate, and currently works with the Ecology Action Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

After the presentation, there will be opportunities to have a Q&A with Dr. Fuller - bring your questions for what is sure to be a lively discussion!

The workshop is happening on Thursday June 15th at 2pm EDT. Fill out this form to register and receive the link to the webinar.
