Craig Stephen

Craig is a Professor at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan and a Clinical Professor in the School of Population and Public Health at the University of British Columbia. He is the Executive Director of the Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative. Craig received both his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and PhD (epidemiology) from the University of Saskatchewan. He holds adjunct positions at 3 other Canadian Universities. Craig has worked extensively on environmental surprises at the human-animal –environment interface, including emerging zoonotic infections. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the National Collaborating Centre for the Infections Diseases and consults nationally and internationally on One Health, ecoheaIth and allied approaches.
